Harlem Grown is excited to partner with Phipps Neighborhoods again to host SYEP for Summer 2026! Youth participants (ages 16–24) will gain paid, hands-on experience supporting our work across Programs, Agriculture, and Operations whether it be from youth programming and urban farming in NYC to office and professional skills that keep a community-based organization running.
